Canapés

This service type is perfect for cocktail parties, stand up functions and corporate events.

Our menu includes a variety of small, bite sized canapes as well as substantial options to ensure everyone is adequately fed.

This menu is available for our onsite functions with staff. This menu is not available for pick up. Pricing listed below is inclusive of professional Chef(s), and waitstaff(s), Cooking, serving & cleaning onsite. The number of staff and their time on site is dependent on your guest numbers and the package you choose.

The Food Thrills team will require access to a functioning kitchen. If you have plans to set us up outside or in you garage, you must let us know prior to the function so we can provide you with a quote for cooking equipment.

Pricing

Pricing is exclusive of GST.

We suggest 2-3 pieces of food per person per hour. Please keep this in mind when selecting your package.

$65 package – x2 one bite, x2 two bite, x1 three bite

$75 package – x2 one bite, x2 two bite, x2 three bite

$85 package – x2 one bite, x2 two bite, x2 three bite, x1 bowl

$95 package – x2 one bite, x2 two bite, x3 three bite, x1 bowl, x1 dessert

Listed pricing is per head. Pricing includes the cost of a qualified chef (s) and professional waitstaff cooking, serving and cleaning onsite.

Lamb kofta with mint yoghurt. GF.

Three Bites

Miso salmon with vermicelli noodles, edamame, and bok choy. DF. GF. (Veg option: Miso Tofu.)

Potato gnocchi with beef ragu. (Veg option: Eggplant ragu)

Slow cooked lamb, quinoa salad, mint yoghurt. GF.

Additional canapes are charged as follows:

  • $6 per piece for one-bite canapes

  • $7 per piece for two-bite canapes

  • $8 per piece for three-bite canapes

  • $10 per bowl

  • $5 per dessert.

  • Please inform us of any dietary requirements at the time of your enquiry.

  • Our team will bring al necessary cooking, cleaning, and serving equipment.

  • Pricing includes the cost of a qualified chef(s) and professional waitstaff, cooking, serving, and cleaning on-site.

  • If your event runs overtime, a separate charge will be issued at the end of your event.

  • Price exclude GST.

  • Additional charges may apply for external kitchen set-up or equipment.

  • Surcharge will apple on Saturday (5%), Sunday (10%), and Public Holidays (15%).

  • All on-site events must reach a minimum of $2,500 and be for a minimum of 20 guests.

  • If your event is smaller than this, please chat to us about your pick-up canape options, and our availability to send a waiter to assist you.
